A public-health and digital-transformation specialist with international experience in citizen-centred public systems.
An MSc graduate in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, he works across public health, migration and digital transformation. After roles in Mozambique, Peru, Kenya and Germany, he is now a Technical Advisor to GIZ’s German–Brazilian Digital Dialogue in Brasília, covering digital health, digital public infrastructure, emerging technologies and information integrity.

Dr. Kai Lindow is an expert in digital technologies with a focus on data and model integration, digital ecosystems, data spaces and AI-driven solutions – always with an eye on business potential. For over a decade, he has been developing systemic approaches to make products and processes more efficient and resource-saving. After studying mechanical engineering in Berlin and Stockholm, he completed his PhD on “Knowledge-based development of sustainable products” at TU Berlin. Following his post-doctoral research at the interface of engineering and computer science, he became head of the Information and Process Control department at Fraunhofer IPK in Berlin, where he now serves as Director of Digital Engineering. He is actively involved in industrial and scientific working groups and a frequent voice on industry and research panels.

He also teaches Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UFRJ.
Solid-State Pharmaceutics Researcher
An interdisciplinary researcher in biomolecular physics, nanoscience, crystal engineering and drug development.
Her pharmaceutical-science work includes experience at the University of São Paulo and the University of Bologna. She took part in the Royal Academy of Engineering’s LIF Global 2026 programme. Her research covers the development, synthesis and characterisation of new solid forms of active pharmaceutical ingredients, crystallography and nanoscience applied to medicine.
